The food here is better than the food I had in Burma. I especially like the eggplant curry and the beef in tea leaves. I would eat here again. Parking was easy to find in the lot. We ordered the following for 4 people: paratha with coconut curry sauce, tea leaf salad, garlic noodles with shrimp, tea leaf lamb, eggplant curry, 2 bowls of coconut rice, Burmese sweet hot tea, par lu dar.

I don't normally eat rice, but I wanted a second bowl! Service was good. We will definitely come back and try other entrees.

The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because one of the four people that ate this food got the runs 20 minutes later but the other three people were fine. I went here with a meet-up group full of foodies. Our server pushed the tea leaf salad, but we decided to get our own entrees instead. I ordered garlic noodles with shrimp and my friend ordered southern noodles.

We shared our orders with each other The garlic noodles were flavorful and went well with the seasoned shrimp. I just only wished the serving size was much larger. The southern noodles tasted dry. It was seasoned with bean powder and it created a gritty taste. I felt pretty thirsty eating it. Service was great and staff was very attentive. I would go back and take the server's advice and try the tea leaf salad.
