The job itself is fun and not that challenging until some guests have difficult situations. I wish it could change more often but that's what a theme park is, not much changes. If i were to stay with universal long term, i would want to explore experiences within the company so i'm not stuck in one section out of three parks.

I resigned from my job because they don't treat their employees well. I made a complaint at HR about how one of their ride attendants talked to me when I was a guest and they turned it around to make ME seem like the bad one.
They also don't provide accomodation for employees with severe anxiety disorders. The only option I was provided by HR was to resign so I had no choice to because I felt boxed in a corner.

Where you work and who you work with can have a significant impact on the work experience, but overall it was pretty enjoyable working there. The intensity of the work varies wildly with the date, time, weather, and ride statuses which makes for refreshing changes of pace but it is rarely overwhelming.

My managers were all very kind and personable, my co-workers were fun and supportive, and I did not have difficulty completing the tasks given to me.
