Only thing I did not like was they wait until after I left to provide me a full time position after I started a new role. I miss working for evolver. I had better benefits and better pay. Great company. I would definitely work for them again.

Pros pay, benefits, job advancment. Cons no cons. The place is great. Never felt like i was in my career, they were not too concerned with the wellbeing of their employees, i was overworked Wonderful people, wonderful location. They offered me a job after college, unfortunately, they didn't offer enough money to make it work, but still, they tried. I've worked in 3 government contracting agencies and Evolver blows them out of the water.

The management is dedicated to ensuring their employee's success. Benefits are good and there isn't a pressure of being micromanaged. Everyone here is very professional and supportive.
